Medical & consent

Before using our facilities:

  • Check in and check out so we know who is on site at all times.
  • Complete our health & safety waiver and medical questionnaire (PAR-Q).
  • If you’re unsure about any condition, consult your GP before use.

Facility guidelines

  • Use all facilities at your own risk.
  • Report any faults, damage or incidents to staff immediately.
  • Keep the environment calm — this is a mindful recovery space.
  • No glass, food or alcohol in recovery zones.
  • Wipe down and return equipment after use.
  • Personal belongings remain your responsibility.

General information

The Outpost is not always staffed. We operate a remote entry and exit service, so you may have the space to yourself. Check in and check out every visit so we know who is on site, and use the facilities within the guidance above.

  • We operate in line with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
  • Our team is trained in first aid and emergency response.
  • CCTV is in operation and covers the main entrance area.
  • Public liability insurance is held and displayed on site.
