Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel, and when you're entitled to a refund. Your legal rights depend on what you bought — a digital product, a subscription, a dated booking, a membership or coaching. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.

1. Your 14-day cancellation right (online purchases)

Because you buy from us online, you usually have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. There are important exceptions below for digital products you start using immediately, and for sessions and assessments booked for a specific date. To cancel, email info@enduroliving.co.uk with your name and order details — you can use this wording: “I cancel my contract for the following order …”.

2. Digital products — EnduroIndex, the Longevity guide, Recovery Intelligence

These give you access to digital content straight away. When you buy, you ask us to provide it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once access begins — this is how the Consumer Contracts Regulations work for digital content. If the content is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement or refund) still apply.

3. EnduroIndex subscription

  • EnduroIndex starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
  • We don’t provide partial refunds for the remainder of a monthly or annual period once it has started, except where the law requires it.

4. Outpost sessions, assessments and testing

Sessions, the EnduroAge assessment, VO₂ tests and similar are booked for a specific date and time. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, contracts for leisure activities supplied on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off right, so the following booking terms apply instead:

  • Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or a free move to another time.
  • Inside 24 hours, or for a missed appointment (“no-show”), the fee is normally non-refundable, as the slot was held for you.
  • If we have to cancel or can’t safely run your session, you’ll be offered a new time or a full refund.
  • Where your health screening means we can’t proceed, we’ll refund the session unless you were already advised not to book.

5. Outpost memberships

  • Memberships are rolling monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancel at any time from your account or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and you keep your benefits until then.
  • Monthly fees already paid, and the value of sessions or allowances already used, aren’t refundable.
  • Book a single contrast session and join within 7 days and we put that session towards your first month, as described on the membership page.

6. EnduroPerformance coaching

Coaching plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled from your account; cancellation stops future billing and your plan runs to the end of the paid month. The one-off EnduroLiving Call can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours’ notice.

7. EnduroPoints

EnduroPoints and rewards have no cash value and aren’t refundable or exchangeable for cash. If an order that earned points is refunded, the related points may be adjusted. See our Terms & Conditions for the scheme rules.

8. If something is faulty or not as described

Separately from any cancellation right, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content and services must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If they aren’t, you may be entitled to a repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. Tell us and we’ll put it right.

9. How refunds are made

Refunds are made to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund (and, for the 14-day cancellation right, within 14 days of receiving your notice). To ask for a refund or cancel anything above, email info@enduroliving.co.uk or call 07951 447093.
